These terms cover HoldHop, a game for iPhone, iPad and Android. By downloading or playing it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Using the App
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play HoldHop on devices you own or control. Please do not copy it, sell it, take it apart, or try to change how it works. Scores should be set by playing the game, not by any other means.
2. The Leaderboard
Posting to the global leaderboard is optional. If you do, choose a name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone, and is not personal information about you or anybody else. Names are filtered, and we may remove any name or entry. We cannot promise the board will keep every score forever.
3. Intellectual Property
HoldHop, including its name, artwork, sounds and code, belongs to us. Buying an in-app item gives you a licence to use it inside the game. It does not transfer ownership, and it has no cash value.
4. Limitation of Liability
HoldHop is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, or completely free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Purchases and Refunds
HoldHop sells one-time in-app purchases: cosmetic items, and the removal of ads. Payment is processed by the store you bought from, not by us — Apple on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android — so that store's terms and refund policy apply and refunds are requested from them rather than from us. Purchases attach to your store account rather than to a device, and Restore Purchases brings them back.
